This is a quick, easy and TASTY dish! 8 eggs splash of milk 2 tablespoons each of any veggie that you desire (I used bell peppers and red onion) 1/2 cup of ham or bacon cut into small pieces 1/2 cup (or more if you like lots of cheese like I do)! Use 1/2 in dish and half to top.
Serves 4. This is nice with Shawna's Rich Tea Biscuits warm out of the oven! |
